Return & Refund Policy

Your Right of Withdrawal
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery.
The withdrawal period will expire after this.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must contact us at e-mail:
support@airsoftsystems.com
Please include your order number, date of purchase, and proof of purchase.

Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, refund processing time is up to 14 business days after we receive the returned product.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
• Goods that are custom-made or personalized for you.
• Electronic goods that have been installed, modified, soldered, or otherwise used in a way that makes them no longer in their original condition.
• Goods that are returned with missing or damaged components.
For ASCUs, if the product has been fitted into a gearbox, connected to a battery, or shows signs of use, it is considered used and cannot be refunded in full.

Condition of Returned Goods
Returned items must be:
• In original, unused condition.
• In the original packaging with all accessories, and parts included.
• Free from installation marks, scratches, or any electrical/physical damage.
We reserve the right to reduce the refund to reflect any diminished value resulting from unnecessary handling, installation attempts, or missing parts.

Return Process:
1. Contact us for a Return Authorization before sending anything back.
2. Package the product securely to avoid damage during transport.
3. Ship the return using a tracked service.
4. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods (unless the product is defective or sent in error).

Testing & Verification
All returned products are inspected and tested upon arrival. If we find evidence of
• incorrect use or installation,
• short-circuiting or reverse polarity,
• physical damage not present at the time of sale,
then the return will be rejected or refunded at a reduced amount to cover repair/replacement costs.

Warranty for Defects
If your ASCU is faulty due to a manufacturing defect within the warranty period, we will repair or replace it free of charge, in line with EU statutory rights. Damage caused by improper installation, misuse, or modification is not covered.

Business Customers
The above rights apply to consumer purchases only. Orders placed by companies, organizations, or individuals acting in a business capacity are not covered by EU consumer withdrawal rights.
